Therefore, we offer a flexible exchange and refund policy that guarantees a comfortable experience for customers. Refund Conditions Registered training courses: The course fee can be refunded if the refund request is made at least 7 days before the course start date. Any related administrative or banking fees will be deducted. Courses registered after the course has started: If registered less than 7 days before the course date, the amount paid cannot be refunded unless the course is canceled by the company. Cancellation of courses by Iban for Conferences: If a training course is canceled by Iban for Conferences, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded or transferred to another course of their choice. Exchange Conditions Course exchanges: Customers can exchange their registration in one course for another, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the start date of the registered course. Any fee differences will be deducted if the replacement course is more expensive. Additional fees: If the replacement course is less expensive, the difference will not be refunded. If it is more expensive, the difference must be paid before confirming registration in the new course. Procedures Submitting a refund or exchange request: Requests can be submitted by contacting customer service via email at [email protected] or by phone. Processing time: Refund or exchange requests are processed within 7 business days from the date of receiving the request. Refund methods: Refunds will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Exemptions Amounts paid for courses that have been completed or attended by the customer cannot be refunded. In case of using discounts or offers, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting the value of the offer or discount.
